Update from SwyxWare Essential to SwyxWare 2011/R2/2013 (with SwyxPhone licenses) (kb4274)

This article describes the license changes when updating a SwyxWare Essential to SwyxWare 2011, 2011 R2 or 2013 if there are SwyxPhone licenses installed.

SwyxWare 2011 requires new SwyxPhone licenses. You receive them automatically along with your update license.
Please delete the old SwyxPhone licenses from the SwyxWare Administration and add the new SwyxPhone 2011 licenses to the administration after the SwyxWare 2011 update. Afterwards generate a request for new permanent licenses.
The SwyxPhone licenses you have been using up until now will be locked within the Swyx license database.
Please delete the original license documents as these licenses must not be sold or transferred.
If you use a SwyxWare 2011, have old SwyxPhone licenses and no Swyx Update Service resp. Swyx Innovation Guarantee these old SwyxPhone licenses can't be replaced by new SwyxPhone 2011 licenses. In this case you have to purchase SwyxPhone 2011 licenses newly.
